Hey, I'm Sammie! And I admit, I was one of those people glued to early 2000s HGTV. Trading Spaces, Design On A Dime...my grandma and I would sit on her couch and watch those shows for hours as people created their dream homes. Going to showrooms and yard sales to find the perfect pieces. Sifting through paint selections, flooring, and fixtures.
There was something magical about seeing all those spaces come together.
We'd even looked up luxury mansions in California just to see how people decorated. Not only was I hooked, but I was also constantly inspired. I was definitely that millennial girl who rearranged her room every weekend!

Which makes sense, because as soon as I found out that you could make a living helping people create their dream homes? I was all in.
I got my BFA in interior design, achieved a distinguished NCIDQ certification, and won awards for my clients' home designs. I spent over a decade in luxury home building before opening my own independent design studio, helping people pull the pieces of themselves out into a blend of luxury and real life.
I love interior design just as much today as I did at nine years old, watching HGTV.
And even though I have my own home now and my own home office...you'll still catch me sketching out your rooms from the comfort of my couch (or coffee table)!
