Once you submit an inquiry, we'll hop on an introduction call to talk through the home you’re planning, your timeline, and whether full-service new construction design is the right fit.

We'll set the direction for the home through a 2-hour consultation, plan priorities, get a thorough view of your vision and style, and get the next steps of your project in motion.

Design & Curate
Once your builder is on board, I'll start reviewing architectural plans, guiding you through design selections, and prepare a specification book for your builder before anything is ordered.

Selections & Specifications
We'll stay connected throughout the entire build process as I stay on top of the build, coordinating with your builder and vendors so the interior decisions are communicated and carried through.
Project Coordination
If you choose to hire me to help you with procuring furniture, artwork, and putting the finishing layers together, we'll start that while the project is underway. That way, we reduce unnecessary wait time as items come in.
