Design & Curate

If you need contractor referrals, I can help connect you with trusted local options. Once the right team is in place, I’ll review plans, guide selections, and prepare the specifications needed to keep everyone on the same page.

Selections & Specifications

We’ll stay connected as your space comes together. I’ll coordinate with your team, keep the design details organized, and help make sure selections, orders, and installation pieces are communicated clearly.

Project Coordination

If you choose to hire me to help you with procuring the furnishings and putting the finishing layers together, we'll start that while the project is underway. That way, we reduce unnecessary time waiting for items to come in.

On Commercial Interior Design

Do you only offer commercial interior design in Jacksonville, FL?

No, I'm a licensed and certified interior designer in Florida, so I can work with clients throughout the state. I specialize in commercial, boutique hotel, and residential interior design.

However, I prefer to work with businesses in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, St. Johns, and Northeast Florida. That way, you're within an easy driving distance so I can go with you (or for you) to pre-build meetings, selection appointments, and milestone meetings. The less you have to handle alone, the more you can focus on business.

What does "full-service" interior design mean?

Full-service means I'm there to help manage the interior design decisions from the early planning stages through the finishing touches. That can include architectural review, designing an interior layout that works for your customers and team, contractor and vendor referrals, finish and material selections, milestone walkthroughs, and coordination. I can also be brought on to procure the furnishings, artwork, and put the final layers in place. No matter what, you’ll always get to approve the selections before anything is ordered, and I’ll help carry the design through from there.

What types of commercial interiors do you work on?

I love to working on boutique commercial spaces, including restaurants, hotels, medical office interiors, office spaces, co-working spaces, and more. Each project is a chance to bring out your unique brand, support the way your business operates, and create an experience your customers will feel good walking into.

Do you only work with a specific style?

No. I believe in designing a space around how your business runs and the experience you want to create, not around one specific aesthetic. Whether you're drawn to bold colors, custom murals, calming neutrals, or have no idea where to start - I can help translate what you love and your branding into a cohesive space you and your customers will love.

Will I still have a say in the decisions?

Absolutely. Hiring a full-service designer doesn't mean you give up your voice. This is your business. I'm here to help translate your branding, style preferences, the experience you want to curate, and how you run the day-to-day into cohesive design decisions that feel perfect for everyone. I'll guide the process so you're never overwhelmed, and you'll approve every selection before anything is ordered.

I have other locations and need this to feel on-brand but unique. Can you do that?

Of course! We'll look at your other locations to make sure it's immediately recognizable when customers walk in the door, while giving it a unique spin for that location.

How much does interior design cost?

We always start with a 2-hour design consultation to start planning, which is a flat fee of $500. If you decide to move forward with my commercial interior design services, you'll receive a custom quoted based on the scope of work and complexity of the design.

How long is the process?

It depends on the size and scope of your project. Boutique hotels usually take longer because there are more rooms and details involved, while offices, restaurants, and smaller commercial spaces may move more quickly.



I know your goal is to open or reopen as smoothly as possible, so we’ll talk through timing during your intro call and keep the project moving from there.
